"Packaging was just okay"
I ordered from lolsurprise.com and the dolls themselves were totally fine, which was a relief. Nothing was missing or damaged inside, but the box showed up a little crushed on one side.
The weird part is, if I had bought it for myself I probably wouldn’t have cared much, but it was meant to be a gift. So the messed-up packaging was kind of disappointing. Not a huge deal, but I did expect it to look a bit nicer when it arrived.

"My order came just right"
Everything in my order was exactly what I expected, which I really appreciate. It’s always a relief when there are no mix-ups and you get precisely what you picked out.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from L.O.L. Surprise and the shipping was impressive. I got the tracking email the very next day, and the package was at my door in about 4 days, which was faster than I was expecting. Everything was packed neatly too, so the box arrived in good shape.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tracking didn’t really update much while it was in transit, so for a bit I wasn’t sure where it actually was. But it still arrived on time and without any issues, so overall I’m happy with the experience...

"Fun unboxing, and thankfully nothing was missing"
I ordered from lolsurprise.com, i was just relieved the box showed up looking decent because you never know these days. My daughter was absolutely losing it opening each layer and kept guessing what was coming next, which was cute to watch. Everything was packed nicely, and thank goodness there were no missing little pieces to deal with because that would’ve ruined the whole thing. Overall, it was a really fun surprise for her, and yeah, I’d probably buy it again

"These dolls looked really cute when..."
These dolls looked really cute when we first opened them, and my kid was excited, but the quality was disappointing. One of the accessories broke the same day, and I noticed little marks in the paint too. I wish I had read the reviews first because for the price, I expected a lot better. My kid still played with them, but I definitely regret buying these and probably won’t get them again...

"Cute idea, but the dolls look a little weird..."
I really wanted to like these because the concept is super cute! But the faces look kind of odd in person, and the outfits feel like there’s just too much going on. Not terrible, just not quite what I expected.

"Pretty good for younger kids..."
My daughter is 7 and she really likes going on lolsurprise.com. The games and doll stuff seem age-appropriate to me... nothing that feels too grown up from what I’ve seen. Some pages are a little busy, so she does ask for help finding things now and then, but overall it feels safe and kid-friendly. I’d still keep an eye on younger kids while they’re using it, though.

"Everything was included"
My daughter opened the box and, thankfully, all the little shoes, bottle, and extras were inside. I always half-expect tiny pieces to be missing with sets like this, so it was a relief to see everything there.

"Safe little toy, packaging was fine"
My kid likes it. Plays with it a lot. No sharp edges so far. Feels safe enough. Packaging was okay. Nothing fancy, but it arrived fine.

I ended up getting two of the same doll, which was a little disappointing... but it’s still really cute and fun to open.

"Customer service was fine, just not quick"
My snap judgment after dealing with L.O.L. Surprise customer service: they’re okay, but definitely not fast. I reached out because my order tracking wasn’t updating, and while they did eventually reply, it took a couple days and I ended up sending a follow-up message.
Once they got back to me, the answer was helpful enough and nothing about the experience was terrible. I’d just say don’t expect a super quick response if you need help right away

"Way more cute options than I expected"
There are so many cute ones to choose from, and I keep finding myself comparing them to see which ones I like best. The variety makes it really fun to collect them.

"Cute, but maybe a bit overpriced"
They do have some really cute stuff, but I’m not sure it totally feels worth the price. For what you actually get, the prices seem a little higher than I’d expect.

"Keeps my daughter entertained"
My daughter seems to really enjoy looking through the dolls and playing the games on here. It keeps her busy for a while, though I’m not totally sure if it’s just my internet or the app itself, but some of the pages do feel a little slow to load
